About Geordie

From 1990 to 2000 Geordie was the editor of Down to Earth - the Jack Russell Club of Australia’s quarterly magazine. He sourced all material and completed layout ensuring that members received a high quality, informative magazine.

Specialising in manuals, in 2006 Geordie started working with Riding For The Disabled NSW to produce  their first  Carriage Driving and Coaching Manuals.

He continues to update them as needed. The manuals are an easy to read product heavily utilised by volunteers of the organisation.

If you are Writing it Right Geordie believes that you also need to index it right. Being an indexing specialist, Geordie thoroughly and comprehensively reviews copy, ensuring that readers can quickly and easily find desired information. Geordie has recently used this attention to detail in assessing and archiving the records of the Dorothea Mackellar Society. He also completed the indexes for both the RDA’s Manuals and To Fight and Do Our Best and The Black Soil Plains and Beyond.

Geordie is also the media element of Write Right Media. Having loved and explored photography as a hobby all of his life, Geordie loves the challenge of photo restoration. He also provides scanning services or negatives, slides, photos and paper documents. VHS to DVD transfer is also completed by Geordie. And, if you live locally to Gunnedah, a free pick-up and delivery service is available.
